The easiest and fastest way to enroll as a new patient is to text 210-858-8144 or email mark@sherwoodcounseling.com with the following information:
- Your name (both spouse/partner names if a couple)
- Your email address (both spouse/partner emails if a couple)
We will then provide you with a link to register and enter your information. Once we have confirmed your insurance benefits (or that you want to self-pay), then we will work with you to schedule your first appointment.
